Yann Le Provost worked with our company, French Hospital in Hanoi, through a partnership with the company HOATECH (his previous employer). It has as such been taken to achieve the following consulting: audit, recommendations, monitoring the computer system and its development, recruitment and support of DSI, implementation of our web and training of our staff. This work has allowed us to gain more autonomy. During the time he spent with us, Mr. Le Provost has demonstrated great understanding and commitment to our employees. In addition, his work has been very productive for future developments.

I called Yann Le Provost from Wennev couple of months after I took position at Adoma as an Information Systems Director.

This partnership orientation IS strategy and organization, has lasted a year and a half, a few days per months. It has allowed me to optimize management and reorganize my department, in order to upgrade its image and its efficiency regarding top management direction and other company operational directions. Those elements I analyzed upon my arrival, are important to ensure services quality.

Since we started this, we decided to present the whole project to my colleagues individually whom Yann met first, and collectively through working groups in a second time. This approach that Yann proposed was highly focused on his integration in the team. It has allowed us to obtain full support from all colleagues. New management project as well as new processes and tools have been smoothly  implemented which results in a complete success, Yann being totally integrated as part of the team.
